Terms of Service

By accessing and using Limventis's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Limventis provides professional IT services including but not limited to: backend development, AI integration, automation solutions, custom software development, DevOps services, and technical consulting. All services are provided on a project basis with specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Clients are responsible for: providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback and approvals, necessary access to systems and data, payment according to agreed terms, and maintaining confidentiality of any credentials or sensitive information provided by Limventis.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Limventis retains rights to: general methodologies, frameworks, tools, and any pre-existing intellectual property. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and competently. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is explicitly stated in service agreements. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require: initial deposit (typically 30-50%), milestone payments during development, and final payment upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
